I offer a free phone consultation to gather an understanding of your therapy goals, answer any questions you may have and provide information useful to deciding if services will meet your needs. My private practice focuses on working with adults. I provide individual 45 minute therapy sessions, typically once a week, in an office setting. Phone sessions may also be arranged.
