Stress, anxiety, trauma and grief manifest in many forms and may impact all aspects of our well-being including our physical health, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, spirituality and hopes for the future. We may struggle with traumatic experiences, relationships, work, life transitions, reproductive health, caregiving, illness, death, loss or other issues. When faced with adversity and life’s challenges we deserve the opportunity to slow down, to connect with a therapist who holds our experience with us and to receive the care we need.

APPROACH

I strongly believe we are all innately resilient and have the capacity for healing, growth and transformative change. Therapy helps us access our capacities by increasing awareness, building skills, enhancing inner connection and processing our experience to ease the burdens we carry and alleviate present day suffering.

The therapeutic relationship is a powerful resource through which healing, growth and change occurs. As a therapist I appreciate your courage to explore the benefits of therapy and am committed to providing a space that is warm, inclusive, authentic, actively engaging and respectful. Working together from a holistic integrative approach attending to mind and body, we join your inner wisdom, strengths and unique abilities with expertise I offer through evidence-based treatment practices rooted in science, coping tools and compassionate care. Collaboratively we customize therapy to meet your needs and goals.

I welcome you to create space for yourself to explore the possibilities therapy affords, to empower your potential and optimize your quality of life and well-being. Look forward to connecting with you soon.
