SCHEDULING A SESSION
Individual 45-60 minute therapy sessions are offered for adults typically once a week in an office setting or by telehealth audio/video sessions. A free phone consultation is provided to gather an understanding of your therapy goals, answer any questions you may have and provide information useful to deciding if services meet your needs.
